Order Processing

All orders are processed once daily at 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once processed, orders are dispatched to our shipping partners within 1–2 business days.

Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

For serviceable PIN codes, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, remote location access, public holidays, or stock availability.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
